Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Business Analyst to support a data-focused initiative involving Field Data Capture, Databricks data migration, and Medallion Architecture . The BA will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and traceability.
• Engage stakeholders through interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for Field Data Capture, Databricks, and Medallion Architecture .
• Develop BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support project planning, execution, scope, schedules, risks, issues, and delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams on Proof of Concept (POC) execution and stakeholder sign-off.
• Support testing, UAT, implementation, change management, and business readiness.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and user enablement.
• Maintain project and business analysis documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Business Analyst experience in enterprise technology projects.
• Proven requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with data migration, data platforms, or data-focused projects .
• Understanding of Databricks and Medallion Architecture .
• Experience with Field Data Capture or similar solutions preferred.
• Experience supporting POCs, testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite customer environment.
