Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst (BA) with strong Guidewire integration experience to support integration initiatives involving internal and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong requirements management, data mapping, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective Guidewire integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Guidewire integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Ensure integration requirements are aligned with business objectives and Guidewire platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, integration architects, developers, and QA teams to define: Integration workflows
- Data mappings
- API specifications
- End-to-end process requirements
Facilitate business and technical workshops to gather and validate requirements.
Support requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of Guidewire integration solutions.
Support end-to-end project activities and ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire .
- Proven experience supporting Guidewire integrations .
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience with data mapping and integration workflows.
- Understanding of API specifications and system integrations.
- Experience working with internal and third-party systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and requirements traceability .
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, architecture, development, and QA teams.
