Dayforce Integration Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Dayforce Integration Leads to lead the integration workstream, oversee offshore resources, and provide technical leadership across complex Dayforce integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Dayforce Integration workstream and coordinate offshore resources.
- Manage actions, risks, decisions, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Review and support complex Dayforce integration configurations .
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution support.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Ensure integration quality and delivery standards are maintained.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on Dayforce Integration expertise.
- Experience overseeing complex integration scenarios and conducting quality reviews.
- Strong ability to coordinate technical and offshore teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Asset
- Experience with the Dayforce Learning module .
