About the role
nCino Technical Consultant Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months, with possible extension Start: Immediate Location: Remote (Toronto hybrid preferred)
Job Summary Our client is looking for a hands-on nCino Technical Consultant who brings deep Salesforce and nCino configuration know-how along with practical data migration experience. In this role, you'll shape and build nCino solutions for commercial lending and help move data off legacy platforms. You'll also work hand in hand with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver lending solutions that scale.
Key Skills
- Building and configuring nCino solutions end to end
- Salesforce platform configuration
- Data migration, from mapping and transformation through validation and reconciliation
- Converting data from legacy systems
- Connecting nCino and Salesforce with core banking systems
- Commercial lending workflows and banking operations
- Testing, release deployment, and defect fixing
- Technical documentation and governance standards
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on nCino implementation experience.
- Solid configuration expertise across Salesforce and nCino.
- A proven track record of data migration and legacy system conversion projects.
- Working knowledge of commercial lending and day-to-day banking operations.
- Experience supporting integrations, testing cycles, and deployments.
- The ability to turn business needs into technical designs and configurations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce or nCino certifications.
- Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment.
