About the role
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) Consultant to support a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), and end-to-end sourcing lifecycle management, from demand intake through contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including demand intake, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in S2P/WSS , Procure-to-Pay (P2P), spend management, and source-to-contract processes.
- Configure and implement Workday Strategic Sourcing modules to align with business requirements, including: RFI, RFQ, RFP
- Contract management
- Vendor management
Required Qualifications
- Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Workday Strategic Sourcing solutions.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and spend management processes.
- Hands-on experience with source-to-contract processing.
- Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, including business processes and security setup.
- Experience leading client-facing engagements and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
