Job Summary Our client is looking for a seasoned SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to implement and support SAP Sales and Distribution solutions. With 10+ years of SAP experience across implementation, support, and rollout projects, you'll handle support engagements, resolve tickets within SLAs, and carry out root cause analysis. You'll also bring deep functional knowledge of SD sub-modules, from sales orders and deliveries to shipping and invoicing. This role suits a strong individual contributor and team player who's comfortable with ASAP and ITIL methodologies and flexible about working across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SD / OTC solutions.
- Handle support engagements, resolve tickets within SLAs, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Configure and support the SD organizational structure and master data.
- Support end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, shipments, and invoicing.
- Work with user exits, customer exits, and VOFM routines, and with SD tables and structures.
- Follow ASAP project implementation and ITIL service management practices.
- Work independently and as part of a team, across different time zones as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience across implementation, support, and rollout projects.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SAP SD, including organizational structure, master data, sales order processing, delivery processing, shipment processing, and invoice processing.
- Experience with user exits, customer exits, VOFM routines, and SD tables and structures.
- Experience with ASAP methodology and ITIL processes.
- Strong support background, including ticket resolution, SLAs, and RCA.
- A relevant SAP certification.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree, or a professional certification.
- Relevant domain experience or exposure.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Willingness to complete a mandatory background check.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- French language skills, given the Montreal location.
