About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Workday Specialist to join our Human Resources Managed Services team within an HR-as-a-Service offering. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering innovative HR technology solutions, leveraging Workday’s cloud-based applications to support clients across various industries.

What You Will Do

  • Provide functional support for Workday Compensation, Talent Management, and Learning m odules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; design, configure, and implement Workday solutions.
  • Support system testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Workday capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including business requirements, process flows, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and enhancements to ensure clients maximize system value.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives, including knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor ’ s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday implementation or functional support.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday modules (Compensation, Talent Management, and Learning preferred).
  • Workday certification in relevant module(s) is preferred.
  • Strong ability to build positive and constructive relationships within HR and business functions.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • French language fluency is considered an asset.
