About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Certified R2R (Record-to-Report) Lead Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday Financial Management. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of financial accounting processes, with a focus on driving finance transformation and operational efficiency.
This role requires deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes and strong collaboration with business and finance stakeholders in a global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Financials R2R Expertise
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Record-to-Report (R2R) processes within Workday Financial Management
- Configure and optimize core accounting functions, including: General Ledger
- Journal entries and adjustments
- Allocations and consolidations
- Period-end close processes
- Financial reporting
Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient accounting operations
- Support financial transformation initiatives and drive process improvements
- Provide best practices and guidance on Workday Financials capabilities
- Support ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Workday Financials certification with strong R2R expertise
- Hands-on experience across Record-to-Report processes including: General Ledger
- Journal management
- Allocations and consolidations
- Financial close and reporting cycles
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Accounting Center, or Workday Adaptive Planning
- Exposure to integration frameworks and data migration tools
- Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs
- Additional Workday Financials certifications
