Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Lead to lead the strategy, design, and execution of data conversion activities between Workday and legacy systems. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, security, and successful deployment of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across conversion planning, tenant builds, and cross-functional collaboration to support a smooth and compliant implementation.
Description
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Data Conversions between Workday and the client’s legacy system, promoting data accuracy and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot conversion issues, and deliver technical solutions in alignment with project timelines.
- Provide technical expertise, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations, while adhering to best practices and compliance standards throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Take overall leadership of the planning and execution of Workday tenant builds for the project
Essential requirement :
- Somebody with Workday Student conversion lead experience, or
- Workday HCM/FIN data conversion lead experience
