Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - EVR to provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and hands-on development oversight for enterprise-scale applications and platform transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong client-facing leader with proven expertise in full-stack application development, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and modernization of complex enterprise systems.
This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams across application, infrastructure, data, and DevOps workstreams while driving scalable, future-ready technical solutions aligned with evolving technology roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical solution design, architecture, and delivery across enterprise application platforms.
- Drive application modernization, refactoring, and impact analysis initiatives in response to major architectural or vendor-driven transformations.
- Provide technical leadership for full-stack development teams, data engineering resources, and DevOps specialists.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and forward-compatible solutions within evolving enterprise environments.
- Support infrastructure and platform transitions including:
- Containerized application environments
- Linux server provisioning
- Runtime platform modernization
- Container decommissioning initiatives
- Ensure alignment between architecture decisions, development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Guide technical decision-making, code quality standards, testing strategies, and deployment practices.
- Lead troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across application and infrastructure layers.

Required Qualifications

- Experience designing solutions in environments with architectural uncertainty and evolving technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of containerization, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
- Experience leading cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise cloud modernization initiatives.
- Exposure to data engineering and advanced analytics environments.
- Experience with Azure-based application hosting and API management.
- Familiarity with scalable enterprise architecture and distributed systems.
