Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Project in a complex, highly regulated, and matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Data & Analytics , transformation programs, and stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills in French .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, governance, and delivery for the project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, Security, Operations, and Vendors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Facilitate business workshops, gather and structure requirements, and translate decisions into actionable deliverables.
• Prepare governance documentation, committee materials, and executive status reports.
• Drive collaboration and ensure successful delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Data & Analytics .
• Experience delivering projects in financial services , digital transformation , or large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong expertise in project governance, planning, risk management, reporting, and PMO best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• French language proficiency is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) or 360° Customer View initiatives.
• Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise environments.
