About the role
AMS Delivery Executive
Location: GTA - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Objective
Lead SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) delivery with a strong blend of managed services, SAP delivery, client management, and operational leadership experience. Oversee large SAP AMS or Application Outsourcing engagements, ensuring effective service delivery across SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.

Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of SAP experience with significant leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience leading large SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) or Application Outsourcing engagements.
- Strong background managing SAP support organizations across ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.
- Experience owning service delivery, SLA/KPI governance, incident, problem, change, and release management.

- Experience combining managed services, SAP delivery, client management, and operational leadership.
