Senior Financial Systems Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Systems Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise Finance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle ERP/EPM, Hyperion, Power BI, and financial systems governance , with proven experience leading finance transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Owner for HFM, FDMEE, PBCS, ARCS, and ProLease , overseeing platform strategy, upgrades, security, integrations, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Lead the prioritization and delivery of Finance systems projects, including vendor management and ServiceNow intake processes.
- Ensure governance, SOX compliance , access controls, audit readiness, disaster recovery testing, and system documentation.
- Drive Power BI reporting, dashboard development, data automation, and finance data integration initiatives.
- Manage a team of 18 resources (9 employees and 9 outsourced) supporting Oracle ERP/EPM, chart of accounts governance, and Finance systems operations.
- Lead Finance transformation initiatives, including Oracle Cloud , ARCS implementation , AI/Copilot adoption , and process optimization.
- Provide business analysis, user support, incident management, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement across Finance technology platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems and Finance process improvements.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, and vendor relationships.
- Strong expertise in: Oracle ERP/EPM
- Hyperion (HFM, FDMEE, PBCS, ARCS)
- Oracle Cloud
- Power BI
- Financial Systems Governance
- SOX Controls
Experience leading Finance transformation and enterprise technology modernization programs.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ServiceNow, audit support, disaster recovery planning, and financial data governance is highly desirable.
Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
