Senior BigID Functional Lead (Phase 5)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior BigID Functional Lead to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Privacy capabilities using BigID . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience translating regulatory requirements into functional solutions and leading end-to-end privacy platform implementations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of BigID across Data Discovery, DSAR, Retention, Vendor/Third-Party Management, and AI Governance .
• Translate privacy regulations and organizational policies into functional platform configurations.
• Design integrations between BigID and enterprise systems such as Active Directory, cloud platforms, databases, and ticketing tools .
• Own end-to-end functional delivery, including requirements traceability, design, testing, and UAT governance.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and IT teams to embed privacy-by-design principles.
• Provide technical documentation, stakeholder training, and support while managing platform enhancements and upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Data Privacy with hands-on implementation of privacy regulations (PIPEDA, CCPA, CPA, etc.).
• Proven experience leading implementations of BigID, OneTrust, Securiti, or similar privacy platforms .
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, including structured/unstructured data discovery, cataloging, lineage, and cloud data estates.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including CPO/DPO leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting delivery skills.
• Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

• BigID Certified Professional
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT
