About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Global Benefits, Intelligent Services , and integrations with SAP HCM and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience and strong client-facing and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) , including: Core HR
- Global Benefits
- Intelligent Services
- Integrations with SAP HCM and third-party applications
At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation , including Benefits.
Experience working with SAP HCM .
Strong understanding of Core HR business processes.
Excellent verbal communication and client-facing skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to client sites across Canada.

- Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules .
