Location: Canada (Flexible / Hybrid) Experience: 12+ years SAP IS‑U FICA, with strong Collections & Dunning expertise

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA IS‑U FICA SME with deep functional and advisory experience in Collections, Dunning, and customer receivables within utility environments. The role focuses on Target Operating Model design , L1–L3 process mapping , and solution architecture for S/4HANA Collections transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead S/4HANA IS‑U FICA Collections & Dunning design and advisory workshops
• Define the Target Operating Model for Collections in S/4HANA
• Design end‑to‑end Collections, Receivables, and Revenue Recovery processes
• Conduct Fit‑Gap analysis (ECC → S/4HANA)
• Deliver BRDs, process maps, TOM, and modernization recommendations
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and technical teams on integrations and enhancements

Core Expertise

• S/4HANA IS‑U FICA Collections & Dunning
• Collection strategies, worklists, Promise‑to‑Pay, write‑offs, recovery
• Security deposits, installment plans, returns, reversals
• Creditworthiness & risk assessment
• FI‑CA: open item management, clearing, payment processing, correspondence, interest, mass activities
• Integration with IS‑U Customer Service, Billing, FI/CO, Credit Management, CRM/CX, payment gateways, external agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 12+ years SAP IS‑U experience, including 8+ years in FICA Collections & Dunning
• Multiple S/4HANA Utilities advisory or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of utility customer‑to‑cash processes
