SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant - Canada
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultants to support implementation projects across Quebec, Ontario, and other provinces in Canada. The role involves delivering end-to-end FSM solutions for field service operations. Candidates may be French or English speaking, and can be based anywhere in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions
- Support end-to-end FSM deployment across multiple provinces including Quebec and Ontario
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSM solutions
- Configure field service processes including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, mobility, and service execution
- Integrate FSM with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and related SAP service modules
- Support testing, training, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) implementation
- Strong understanding of field service business processes
- Experience with SAP Service, PM, CS, or S/4HANA Service modules
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- French or English language proficiency
