Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Program Manager to provide overall leadership and integrated oversight for a large-scale SAP ERP transformation program. The successful candidate will ensure the successful delivery of the program across functional, technical, data, and change workstreams while driving governance, risk management, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership and oversight for the SAP ERP program across all workstreams, including functional, technical, data, and change.
• Develop and manage the integrated program plan, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, resources, and interdependencies.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies in collaboration with the Program Leadership Team.
• Partner with the PMO to prepare stage gate deliverables, including program scope, integrated plans, business cases, and governance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client project delivery standards, SAP best practices, and established governance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for senior leadership (VP, SAP Plus) on critical issues impacting scope, budget, timeline, or delivery.
• Drive coordinated execution, governance discipline, and successful delivery of program objectives aligned with business value and strategic outcomes.
• Monitor program performance, provide executive status reporting, and ensure successful stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP ERP implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in program management, governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across functional, technical, data, and change management workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex program schedules, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification is preferred.
