About the role
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM & SCM Functional Lead with 12–16 years of SAP experience to lead Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstreams for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within the Utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM modules, including PM, MM, Procurement, Inventory, and EWM.
- Define and optimize business processes across Maintenance, Work Management, Materials Management, and Supply Chain.
- Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance, Procurement, Field Service, GIS, and Operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities, Fiori, predictive maintenance, and analytics.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–16 years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP PM, MM, EAM, and SCM .
- Proven experience leading multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably within the Utilities industry.
- Strong understanding of maintenance, asset management, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience across Generation, Transmission, Distribution, or Water/Wastewater utilities is highly preferred.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- SAP S/4HANA certification(s) preferred.
