Quality Assurance & Testing Lead (SAP MM-EWM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Testing Lead to lead testing activities for a large-scale SAP MM-EWM implementation . The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end testing strategy, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance while leading a high-performing testing team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA and testing workstream for a large-scale SAP MM-EWM implementation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test scripts using SAP testing tools.
• Manage all testing phases, including planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and test closure.
• Oversee defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and reporting using SAP ALM/Octane or similar QA tools.
• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
• Coordinate testing activities across cloud-based integration environments and multiple project teams.
• Monitor testing progress, report quality metrics, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Mentor, coach, and lead QA team members while promoting testing best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a QA & Testing Lead on large-scale SAP MM-EWM implementation projects.
• Deep functional understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) .
• Expert knowledge of testing methodologies, test management, and SAP testing tools.
• Strong experience developing test scripts and managing end-to-end testing activities.
• Proficiency in defect management, triage, tracking, and reporting using SAP ALM/Octane or similar tools.
• Experience in data quality assurance, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing testing across cloud-based integration environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership experience managing, mentoring, and coaching testing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams.
