About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ProjectWise Consultant to implement, configure, and manage ProjectWise environments supporting engineering, infrastructure, and capital project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, design, BIM, and project teams to establish effective document management, collaboration, and data governance practices throughout the project lifecycle.
This role will be responsible for ensuring standardized workflows, secure document control, version management, and seamless integration between ProjectWise and engineering design platforms.
Key Responsibilities
ProjectWise Administration & Configuration
- Configure, administer, and maintain ProjectWise Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Establish and manage document repositories, folder structures, metadata, and project environments.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Document & Data Management
- Manage engineering documents, technical drawings, CAD files, BIM models, and digital deliverables.
- Implement document control procedures, version control standards, and audit trail requirements.
- Maintain data integrity, consistency, and traceability across project environments.
- Support document lifecycle management from creation through project closeout.
BIM & Engineering Collaboration
- Support collaboration across engineering, design, construction, and project management teams.
- Facilitate integration between ProjectWise and design applications including: MicroStation
- AutoCAD
- Revit
Data Governance & Standards
- Develop and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, metadata standards, and file management procedures.
- Support compliance with document management and information management best practices.
- Assist with implementation of ISO 19650-aligned processes where applicable.
- Promote consistency and quality across project information management practices.
User Support & Training
- Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing support for ProjectWise users.
- Troubleshoot document management, workflow, and access-related issues.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ProjectWise administration and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering Bentley ProjectWise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, construction, or capital project environments.
- Strong understanding of BIM and digital engineering workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bentley iTwin.
