Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred) Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension) Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-priority engagement. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead end-to-end project delivery, manage multiple stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular status updates
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations
• Drive project governance, reporting, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with technical teams leveraging tools such as Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Experience in legal, regulatory, or public sector environments
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (nice to have)

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Calgary, AB
• Available for full-time commitment (100%) for the duration of the contract
• Able to start immediately
