About the role
Oracle Database Administrator – Siebel CRM Focus Drive excellence in database management as our Oracle DBA expert, specializing in Siebel CRM environments. You’ll install, configure, and optimize Siebel databases, leveraging deep expertise in Oracle 19C+, Exadata, and SQL Server. Tackle complex Siebel data models, tune performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver seamless upgrades and patches—all while maintaining top-tier security and reliability. What You'll Do:
- Deploy and maintain Siebel CRM databases, mastering schema complexity and optimizing indexes, sequences, and statistics.
- Pinpoint and resolve database performance issues, correlating with Siebel components and processes.
- Execute failover and switchover procedures for high availability.
- Manage and optimize Oracle and SQL Server environments across production, test, and development.
- Design and implement robust data integration solutions from multiple sources.
- Lead database upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery strategies
- Ensure security, access provisioning, and permissions management.
- Document configurations and champion best-practice processes for change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
- Communicate technical concepts with clarity and precision.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years as an Oracle Database Administrator, with proven Siebel CRM expertise.
- Relevant Oracle and SQL Server certifications.
- Advanced skills in Exadata configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
