About the role
Title: Digital Transformation / EAM Consultant (Mining or Oil Sands)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced consultant with a strong background in Mining or Oil Sands who has successfully led both the strategy and implementation of digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance, asset management, operational excellence, and industrial technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Have worked in at least 1 of the following areas: Milling/Refining/Power/Chemicals/Oil Sands Extraction/Midstream, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, IT/OT, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Have demonstrated experience delivering projects that include both advisory and implementation where they were directly responsible for both the “thinking” and “doing”
- Demonstrated/applied critical skills that we are looking for here are:
Lean/Six Sigma
IT/OT Enterprise Architecture,
IT/OT/AI product management,
Functional or technical SI roles,
Complex data analytics,
Process modelling/simulation,
Advanced excel modelling - including business casing and operational scenario modelling,
Operating model design,
AI solutions - particularly Agent development and deployment,
EAM master data,
- Technical assurance engineering (e.g. mechanical/electrical redesigns, MoC, debottlenecking, reliability, condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance)
- Demonstrated/applied critical technology experience that we are looking for: SAP EAM, Oracle EAM, Aveva, Cognite, MES, PLM, PLC/controls, Maximo, APM systems, Databricks
- Priority industry to hire from is Mining or Oilsands.
