Junior BigID Functional Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior BigID Functional Lead to support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise Data Privacy capabilities using BigID . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with privacy platforms, regulatory compliance, and functional implementation across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of BigID capabilities including Data Discovery, DSAR, Retention, Vendor/Third-Party Management, and AI Governance .
• Translate privacy regulations and business policies into functional platform configurations.
• Design and support integrations between BigID and enterprise systems such as Active Directory, cloud platforms, databases, and ticketing tools .
• Participate in end-to-end functional delivery, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and UAT support.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and IT teams to implement privacy-by-design principles.
• Prepare technical documentation, provide stakeholder training, and support platform enhancements and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Privacy with hands-on implementation of privacy regulations (PIPEDA, CCPA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience implementing BigID, OneTrust, Securiti, or similar privacy platforms .
• Good understanding of enterprise data architecture, including structured/unstructured data discovery, cataloging, lineage, and cloud data environments.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

Preferred Certifications

• BigID Certified Professional
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT
