GCP Audit Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GCP Audit Consultant with hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience to conduct cloud security and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits and assessments of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, evaluating security, compliance, and control effectiveness.
• Review cloud configurations, access controls, logging, and risk posture against industry standards (e.g., NIST, SOC2 , and cloud security best practices).
• Identify security and compliance gaps, document findings, and support remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen cloud governance and risk management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cloud/security auditing with hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise.
• Strong understanding of cloud security controls, compliance frameworks, and audit methodologies.
• Experience assessing GCP environments for security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience with a large consulting firm (preferably a Big 4) is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
