Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Onsite) Duration: April 1 - March 31 Clearance: Secret or Reliability (Mandatory)
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Engagement Director to lead strategy, governance, operating model, and program management initiatives within Alberta’s health or public-sector ecosystem.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in Alberta’s health system or public sector
- 5+ years of executive-level expertise in Alberta’s data and digital landscape (data strategy, health information systems, operating models)
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements involving Ministries, shared services, and delivery partners
Desirable
- Experience working with Alberta Health , Provincial PPHS, Hospital and Surgical Health Services, or related Alberta health stakeholders
- Experience establishing a Data Analytics Governance Model for large organizations
