Delivery Manager - Finance

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Finance Consulting to lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, client engagement, and hands-on delivery expertise across finance processes and ERP systems.

This role requires a proactive leader who can assess current-state environments, develop actionable roadmaps, and drive execution in a client-facing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation and consulting engagements
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define strategic roadmaps
• Drive process improvement initiatives across finance functions (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
• Provide advisory on finance systems and ERP implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables in a fast-paced client environment
• Translate business requirements into scalable and practical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Finance Consulting / Finance Transformation
• Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and think critically
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience delivering finance projects and process improvements
• Knowledge of Finance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
