About the role
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced consultants to support close, consolidation, and financial reporting activities during a critical transition phase. This role involves intensive hands-on work across COA mapping, reporting processes, and Day 1 readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete General Ledger Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping
- Align reporting calendars across entities
- Finalize Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), including Day 1 Balance Sheet validation
- Develop reporting processes and note disclosure working paper templates
- Execute dry run for the first reporting period
- Support reporting process testing and validation activities
Requirements
- Strong experience in financial close, consolidation, and reporting
- Hands-on expertise in COA mapping and financial reporting frameworks
- Experience with Day 1 readiness and PPA activities
- Ability to manage high-volume workload under tight timelines
