Business Transformation Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Architect to support a strategic transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring strong techno-functional expertise with a proven background in data and AI-driven transformation programs within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business transformation initiatives focused on data platform implementation and modernization.
• Drive data operationalization strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable data usage across the organization.
• Support AI operationalization , ensuring AI solutions are effectively embedded into business processes.
• Develop and implement AI strategy and AI operating models aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to bridge strategy and execution.
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new data and AI capabilities.
• Provide architectural oversight ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles.
• Strong techno-functional background with hands-on exposure to data platforms and AI solutions.
• Experience in data platform implementation and modernization programs .
• Proven track record in data and AI operationalization .
• Experience defining and implementing AI strategy and operating models .
• Strong stakeholder management and change management experience.
• Prior experience working in Government/Public Sector environments is preferred.
• Valid Reliability or Secret Clearance (mandatory) .
