Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Azure migration projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and onshore teams to gather, analyze, and document migration requirements while supporting successful cloud transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Azure migration initiatives.
- Draft functional and non-functional migration requirements and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Liaise with clients and onshore teams to facilitate requirement gathering, validation, and sign-off.
- Support Azure migration planning with a strong focus on non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, and availability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solution designs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience as a Technology Business Systems Analyst (BSA) .
- Strong experience in Azure migration projects.
- Expertise in documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional, client-facing, and onshore teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
