Business Analyst – ACBS Platform
About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in the ACBS platform and Commercial/Corporate Lending environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of ACBS functionality, lending operations, system integrations, and technical analysis, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
This role will support strategic initiatives by translating business requirements into technical specifications, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and ensuring successful delivery of enhancements and platform support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives and roadmap priorities.
- Analyze and document business, functional, technical, and testing requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the ACBS platform and related lending processes.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams to define and refine user stories and technical requirements.
- Understand and document system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Create detailed technical specifications, process documentation, and knowledge articles for support and delivery teams.
- Support testing activities including test planning, validation, defect analysis, and solution verification.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution efforts with vendors and internal technical teams.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives within lending and credit operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the ACBS platform.
- Strong experience supporting Corporate Lending and/or Commercial Lending lines of business.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of: ACBS functionality and workflows
- System integrations and APIs
- Data flows and technical architecture
- Lending operations and servicing processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within banking or financial services organizations.
- Knowledge of loan servicing, credit administration, and lending technology ecosystems.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
