Bilingual Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Aerospace Project Manager to support program execution within a dynamic aerospace environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex work packages while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives, timelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated weekly meetings for assigned work packages
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across all program phases
• Ensure alignment and integration of work package schedules with the overall program plan
• Identify, track, and report risks and issues along with mitigation strategies
• Oversee the delivery, review, and approval of program deliverables
• Ensure compliance with governing processes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support problem-solving activities and recovery plans to maintain project timelines
• Lead end-to-end change management activities from initiation to engineering implementation
• Present changes to the Technical Review Board and drive decisions across review stages
• Prepare cost summaries and supporting documentation for change requests
• Monitor and report progress throughout the lifecycle of each change

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor ’ s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3 - 8 years of experience in project management or similar roles
• Experience in the aerospace industry is strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Additional Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory)
• Willingness to work onsite in Mirabel, QC (3 days per week)
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills
