SAP Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to provide end-to-end solution architecture and technical leadership across HCM projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing integrated SAP solutions, driving architecture decisions, managing cross-functional dependencies, and providing expert guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

The SAP Solution Architect will serve as the primary point of contact for solution discussions and architecture decisions, working closely with CPC, solution leaders, and internal ADM teams to ensure successful delivery of HCM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional solution architecture activities, ensuring seamless integration between SAP modules and providing expert guidance on HCM solutions.
• Act as the single point of contact for solution architecture discussions and decisions with CPC and coordinate with solution leaders across internal ADM teams.
• Lead solution design activities and develop the architecture materials required for Architecture Review Board (ARB) approvals.
• Present solution designs and architecture proposals to the ARB and conduct required follow-ups to drive timely closure of action items.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve cross-team solution dependencies that may impact project deliverables and milestone completion dates.
• Drive the definition, optimization, and enhancement of new and existing business requirements and SAP solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements and ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture.
• Provide architectural oversight for solution delivery and the development of functional and technical design documentation .
• Support the development of reports, monitoring processes, and other solution deliverables required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies that could affect delivery milestones.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the SAP architecture playbook .
• Contribute to test strategy , project planning, release planning, and other delivery activities across HCM projects.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, business objectives, security requirements, and SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Reliability Status clearance or higher.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM / HR on S/4HANA .
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Solution Architect or in a comparable senior SAP architecture role.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes, integrations, and cross-module dependencies.
• Experience developing and presenting solution architecture documentation to architecture governance or review boards.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional dependencies and drive resolution of architecture-related issues.
• Strong experience in business requirements analysis, functional/technical design, solution delivery, and testing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, solution leaders, and delivery teams in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale SAP HCM transformation or modernization programs.
• Experience with SAP integration and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working within formal architecture governance and ARB processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Experience contributing to architecture standards, playbooks, and enterprise solution strategies.
