Job Type: Contract / Possible 3-Month CTH Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Start Date: Immediate Duration: 3 Months initially, with potential for conversion
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Contract Market Modernization (CMM) Reporting Program involving the design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to support of approximately 135 Power BI reports leveraging SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW data sources.
The Project Manager will have end-to-end accountability for project governance, stakeholder management, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, delivery, Go-Live, Hypercare, and transition to support .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery .
- Lead all project phases including planning, requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Warranty .
- Coordinate business stakeholders, SMEs, SAP consultants, SAP BW leads, Power BI teams, and other technical resources.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and executive communications .
- Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Track project financials, resources, timelines, and delivery performance.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead transition to production support and ensure successful completion of Warranty/Hypercare activities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology programs.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience leading SAP, Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting programs .
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, financial, schedule, risk, and issue management skills.
- Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery teams .
- Strong understanding of project governance, PMO processes, and executive reporting.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Toronto .
