nCino Technical Consultant
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced nCino Technical Consultant with strong nCino and Salesforce configuration expertise and hands-on experience with data migration . The ideal candidate will hold an nCino 301 certification and have proven experience implementing nCino solutions for commercial lending environments.
The consultant will be responsible for technical design, configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing, and deployment while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement nCino and Salesforce solutions across the commercial lending lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, configurations, and solution specifications .
- Lead data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and conversion from legacy systems.
- Support integrations between nCino, Salesforce, and banking/third-party systems .
- Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and defect resolution .
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and implementation standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions follow nCino/Salesforce governance, security, and implementation best practices .
Required Qualifications
- nCino 301 Certification - Mandatory.
- 3+ years of hands-on nCino implementation experience.
- Strong Salesforce and nCino configuration experience.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and legacy system conversion .
- Understanding of commercial lending processes and banking operations .
- Experience with system integrations, testing, deployment, and defect management .
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Strong Salesforce development/configuration background.
- Experience leading complex data migration initiatives .
- Experience integrating nCino with core banking or other financial services platforms.
