Objective

We are seeking a Coveo Specialist to lead the planning, design, and implementation of Coveo solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of Coveo implementation projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Define solution architecture and establish project timelines to support successful implementation.
• Manage the configuration and customization of Coveo solutions based on business needs.
• Integrate Coveo with existing enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Sitecore, and ServiceNow.
• Ensure implementation activities align with business requirements and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Coveo solutions.
• Knowledge of Coveo search capabilities, relevance tuning, indexing, and content connectors.
• Experience integrating Coveo with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of solution architecture, system integration, and enterprise application environments.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
