Senior Consultant - SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Job Type: Contract Location: Onsite - Part-Time Schedule: 20 hours/week Start Date: September 2026 End Date: September 2027
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience supporting and administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), formerly IdentityNow . The candidate must be ISC certified , have at least 3 years of SailPoint ISC implementation/support experience , and a minimum of 5 years of overall IAM experience .
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and provide operational support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations.
- Onboard and maintain authoritative and target sources using standard and custom connectors, including: Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID
- JDBC
- Web Services
- REST APIs
- Flat-file integrations
Configure and troubleshoot account aggregation, identity correlation, provisioning, deprovisioning, attribute mappings, transforms, access profiles, entitlements, and roles.
Design, support, and enhance Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes, lifecycle states, birthright access, access requests, approvals, and termination controls.
Investigate and resolve connector, Virtual Appliance, IQService, workflow, API, access request, certification, and provisioning issues.
Support identity governance activities including access reviews, audit evidence, reporting, documentation, testing, and controlled production changes.
Use PowerShell, REST APIs, Postman, source control, and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Manage and govern machine identities, including service accounts, privileged service accounts, non-human accounts, application identities, certificates, secrets, and API credentials.
Implement lifecycle controls, ownership tracking, attestation, access certification, and periodic review processes for machine identities.
Required Qualifications
- ISC certification - Mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience supporting and administering SailPoint ISC implementations.
- 5+ years of overall IAM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow .
- Experience with SailPoint connectors and identity lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of IAM governance, provisioning, access certification, and JML processes.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, and Postman .
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience managing machine and non-human identities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
