Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support SAP HCM solutions, translate HR business requirements into functional solutions, and provide implementation and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across SAP HCM and core HR processes.
- Gather, analyze, and translate HR business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Assess change impacts and develop functional designs aligned with business requirements.
- Configure SAP HCM solutions and maintain functional/system documentation.
- Support production deployments, post-implementation stabilization, and functional support .
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on SAP HCM functional experience.
- Good understanding of core HR processes and SAP HCM configuration.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, and solution configuration.
- Experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, deployments, and production environments.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Reliability Status security clearance or higher is mandatory.
