SAP Delivery Lead (Utilities)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Lead (Utilities) with SAP S/4HANA programs to lead SAP delivery for key Utilities clients while driving business growth and expanding SAP engagements.
This role combines delivery leadership, client relationship management, and business development , with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA programs .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP delivery across Utilities accounts, ensuring quality, governance, and successful project execution.
- Drive business growth by achieving booking, revenue, and profitability targets through account expansion.
- Manage change orders, negotiate commercial terms, and engage with senior client executives on strategic SAP initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, client partners, and solution teams to develop tailored SAP solutions and identify new opportunities.
- Act as the executive escalation point for client issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
- Lead large cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence across SAP programs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience leading SAP delivery within the Utilities sector or similar industries .
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Private & Public/Cloud) and multiple SAP functional domains.
- Proven experience managing large SAP transformation programs and global delivery teams .
- 10+ years of experience selling and delivering complex SAP services for Tier 1 or Tier 2 global service providers .
- Demonstrated success in upselling SAP services across application management, cloud, testing, and modernization .
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills .
Ideal Candidate
A strategic SAP leader with a strong blend of delivery management, client engagement, and business development , capable of growing large SAP accounts while delivering successful S/4HANA transformation programs in the Utilities sector .
