Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint ISC Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, and API-based integrations to deliver secure and scalable identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events.
• Onboard enterprise applications and develop REST/API-based integrations .
• Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) , access requests, certifications, and access governance workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint ISC with ServiceNow for automated access request management.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to ensure secure identity governance.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) , including end-to-end implementation and configuration.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) processes.
• Expertise in application onboarding and REST/API-based integrations .
• Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) , access governance, access requests, and certification campaigns.
• Experience integrating SailPoint ISC with ServiceNow .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
