PPM Finance Architect – Oracle Fusion PPM

Location: US/Canada – Remote Role: PPM Finance Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PPM Finance Architect with 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion PPM implementations . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle PPM, strong solution architecture experience, and a proven ability to lead global implementations and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion PPM solution architecture and implementation initiatives.
• Design global PPM templates and scalable project financial solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Revenue Management, Resource Management, Project Accounting, Grants Management, and PPM Analytics .
• Lead requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and architecture activities .
• Define and support integrations with Finance and HCM systems.
• Lead data migration, reporting, testing, deployment, and project implementation activities.
• Collaborate with business, finance, technology, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide strong stakeholder management and communicate solution decisions and project updates to executive stakeholders.
• Support client workshops, design sessions, and key project milestones.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience , including at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion PPM implementation experience .
• Deep expertise across Oracle Fusion PPM modules and project financial processes.
• Proven experience with solution architecture, global template design, requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, and deployment .
• Experience integrating Oracle PPM with Finance and HCM .
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
• Willing and able to travel within the United States for client workshops, design sessions, and key project milestones.
• Canadian Citizen with eligibility for H-1B visa processing , where required for the engagement.
