Manager, Financial Crime Analytics & Quantexa Implementation
Location: Toronto, ON - Onsite Extension: Possible based on performance
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Crime Analytics & Quantexa Implementation to support large-scale financial crime transformation programs for leading Canadian financial institutions.
The ideal candidate will combine financial crime, data, analytics, and technology implementation experience, with strong expertise in modernizing AML, fraud, customer risk, and investigative capabilities . Experience with Quantexa or similar intelligence, entity resolution, graph analytics, or financial crime platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery
- Lead and support implementation of financial crime and analytics platforms.
- Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Design and deliver customer intelligence, entity resolution, network analytics, and investigative capabilities .
- Support end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, technology, and operations stakeholders.
Data & Analytics
- Design and implement data integration and analytics solutions across complex data environments.
- Support customer risk models, network analysis, and investigative workflows .
- Contribute to data quality, governance, and data management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve detection, investigation, and operational effectiveness through analytics and technology.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with SCOLA, Spark, Python, or Quantexa .
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology, analytics, risk, fraud, AML, or financial crime transformation programs.
- Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or regulatory environments .
- Proven experience delivering complex technology implementations or data transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams .
Preferred
- Hands-on Quantexa implementation experience.
- Experience with entity resolution, graph analytics, customer intelligence, and financial crime technology platforms .
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide AML, fraud, customer risk, or investigative transformation programs.
