Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM ISAM Expert to join the Digital IAM Team and design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM Security Verify Access (formerly ISAM) , SSO, Federation, and authentication technologies to deliver secure access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA/ISAM) components including WebSEAL, Policy Server, Advanced Access Control (AAC), and Federation .
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and federated authentication using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) .
• Configure WebSEAL , reverse proxy, junctions, ACLs, POPs, and authorization policies.
• Integrate ISVA with LDAP (IBM LDAP/ISAM LDAP, Active Directory) and external Identity Providers.
• Implement and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain high-availability ISVA environments.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and Digital IAM teams to deliver secure IAM integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support ITIL-based operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA/ISAM) .
• Strong expertise in WebSEAL , Federation, and Advanced Access Control (AAC).
• Experience with SSO , SAML , OAuth 2.0 , and OpenID Connect (OIDC) .
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, and access management.
• Experience integrating with LDAP , Active Directory , and external Identity Providers.
• Experience with AWS Single Sign-On (AWS SSO) and ForgeRock IDM is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and scripting.
• Knowledge of TLS, certificates, keystores, and truststores.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ansible, DevOps, or automation tools.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
• IBM Security certifications.
