Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Lead / Specialist to lead data strategy, migration, governance, and reporting activities for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA MM-EWM implementation . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP data migration, ETL processes, reporting, and data governance, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and accurate data throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data migration strategy and execution for a large-scale SAP MM-EWM implementation.
• Manage data gathering, profiling, cleansing, mapping, staging, conversion, and governance activities.
• Define and implement data quality, reconciliation, and change management processes.
• Utilize ETL tools and techniques to support efficient data migration and validation.
• Ensure compliance with data migration audit and governance requirements.
• Develop and implement automation for data migration and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare and optimize data for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) , Embedded Analytics , and SAP Fiori reporting.
• Manage data imports, exports, and transfers using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related tools.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful data integration and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and manage data teams while promoting best practices throughout the project.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Lead on large-scale SAP MM-EWM implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP MM , WM , and EWM .
• Expert knowledge of data collection, cleansing, mapping, conversion, governance, staging, and data change management.
• Extensive experience developing and executing enterprise data migration strategies.
• Strong experience with ETL tools , data migration automation, and reconciliation automation.
• Experience ensuring audit compliance throughout data migration activities.
• Knowledge of preparing data for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) , Embedded Analytics , and SAP Fiori .
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and SAP data import/export tools.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules including MM, WM, EWM, QM, TM, FM, and FI/CO .
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership experience managing, coaching, and mentoring data teams on enterprise SAP projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
