Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Data Analyst / Business Analyst who can bridge business and technology teams by combining data analysis, business analysis, and testing capabilities .
The role will work closely with the Product Owner, Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Data Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights and deliverables.
- Document business requirements.
- Support backlog grooming activities.
- Write test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute testing activities when required.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Lead BSAs, Data Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and hands-on data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in SQL .
- Experience with data analysis and validation .
- Business analysis and requirements documentation experience.
- Experience supporting backlog grooming .
- Ability to write test scenarios and test cases .
- Ability to execute testing activities when required.
- Strong collaboration skills across business and technology teams.
